SCROLLING HEADLINES

Scrolling Headlines
A free service from the CM B2B Trade Group

Thank you for your interest in offering the CM e-News Daily™ Scrolling Headlines on your website.

CM e-News Daily™ is the only daily news service covering breaking news exclusively in the building cleaning and maintenance industry. The Scrolling Headlines carrying fresh industry news will bring visitors back to your site day after day to stay current on developing industry events important to their jobs and careers.

Once you install the simple code, this box will appear on your website in any location in which you want to place it. We will provide you with instructions that are easy to follow on how to install the code on your site so the headline news box will appear in the location that you think is appropriate.

The headline box is automatically updated and requires no maintenance once placed on your website. The software on our site will automatically feed the news headlines every regular business day to the CM e-News Daily™ "headline news box" hosted on your website.

The headlines in the box are “hot linked” to the full stories on our websites, CM/CleanfaxOnline and CM/Cleaning & Maintenance Management Online.

When your site visitors want to read a full story, they can simply click on a selected headline and a new browser screen will open on their computer that will contain the full story text from one of our CM Group websites. After finishing reading the story, your visitor can easily close the new browser and return to your website.

Important -- Please be advised that CM e-News Daily™ cannot provide customized versions of the daily headlines for websites hosting the "headline news box". The content of CM e-News Daily™ stories is drawn from company, government and association news releases, daily and weekly newspapers, various websites, news services, court records, government decisions and records and other publicly available sources. Some headlines fed to the CM e-News Daily™ “headline news box” on your site may not be deemed appropriate for your website because they may report on news about your competitors, about topics you do not consider beneficial to the mission of your website, or about stories that do no necessarily reflect positively on your website’s sponsors. Please give this serious consideration before deciding to host CM e-News Daily™ "headline news box" on your website.

We provide a convenient and easy way for the hosting website to "shut off" the news feed temporarily if it wants to so for any reason.

CM e-News Daily™ is part of the CM B2B Trade Group, a division of NTP Media, and grants to the hosting website the limited right to use and display its registered trademark CM e-News Daily™ only in the "headline news box" described in this e-mail letter.

The hosting website and its owners and management agree to abide by this limitation on the use of CM e-News Daily™ trademark.

The hosting website and its owners and management acknowledge that the CM B2B Trade Group will have exclusive control over the content and the headlines in the "headline news box" and agree not to attempt to make any changes to the content or the graphic appearance of the "headline news box".

The hosting website can remove the "headline news box" from its website at any time without giving prior notice to the CM B2B Trade Group. If the "headline news box" is removed from its website for more than five consecutive business days, the hosting website agrees to notify the CM B2B Trade Group of such removal, and the hosting website agrees to notify the CM B2B Trade Group of reinstatement of the "head news box" if it is reactivated after such a removal.

Once the hosting website agrees to these terms and completes and returns the Headline News Box Hosting Agreement, the CM B2B Trade Group will provide the Scrolling Headlines HTML for the hosting website's IT department upload to the hosting website.
