HAS ANYONE HAD TROUBLE OUT OF BUICK LACROSS REAR SIDE WINDOW TRIM BLOWING OFF?

HAS THIS BEEN RECALLED.HAD IT TO HAPPEN THEY TOOK IT TO DEALER AND DEALER WANTS TO CHARGE 800 DOLLARS TO FIX IT.TWO DAYS LATER WE CHECKED ONE BEFORE SENDING IT AND LOW AND BEHOLD IT WAS LOOSE TO.SHOULD WE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT?

You are not responsible you or your employees were not neglegent so you are not responsible just went to small claims over trim comming off and won hands down .I suggest you call Joe Ward he was great help to me.

Joe Ward made one of my problems go away, as well.
Power antenna on a 2000 Jaguar.
His letter made the lady go away, so far.
The best part of the letter goes something like this...
If you refer to Jaguars' owner's manual it clearly states... do not go thru any carwash without fully lowering your antenna!
